AgentInstalls.com ("we," "us," or "our") is a cloud-based business process as a service (BPaaS) provider operating as a sole proprietorship in the State of Georgia, United States. We provide consultation, installation, and configuration of OpenClaw autonomous AI assistant instances.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit our website or purchase our services. By using AgentInstalls.com, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you sign up for our services, we collect the following through our registration form:

  • Business type / industry
  • Preferred large language model (LLM) provider
  • Preferred communication channel (e.g., Telegram, Slack, Discord)
  • Preferred email provider
  • A description of your intended use case

2.2 Credentials Provided During Onboarding

During the onboarding and installation process, you may provide us with:

  • Temporary MyClaw.ai hosting credentials (for initial setup only)
  • LLM provider API keys (for configuration into your OpenClaw instance)
  • Communication channel API keys (for connecting your preferred messaging platforms)

Important: Temporary hosting credentials must be changed by you immediately upon completion of setup. We do not retain copies of any credentials after your installation is complete. API keys are configured directly into your OpenClaw instance and are not stored in our systems.

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain information, including:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Device type and operating system
  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • Referring website or source
  • Date and time of visits

2.4 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We never collect, store, process, or have access to your credit card number, debit card number, or full payment details. Stripe may collect payment information directly in accordance with their own privacy policy.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide, deliver, and fulfill our installation and configuration services
  • To schedule and conduct onboarding and follow-up calls
  • To communicate with you about your service, including support during the 30-day post-installation period
  • To process payments through Stripe
  • To improve our website, services, and customer experience
  • To analyze website traffic and usage patterns (via Google Analytics)
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with the following third-party service providers, solely for the purposes of delivering our services:

  • Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing. Stripe receives your payment details directly. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Cal.com — Scheduling onboarding and follow-up calls. This platform receives your name and email to facilitate appointment booking. See their privacy policy.
  • Zoom Video Communications — Video conferencing for onboarding and training sessions. See Zoom's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Analytics — Website usage analytics. Google receives anonymized browsing data. See Google's Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose your information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AgentInstalls.com, our customers, or others.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to:

  • Analyze website traffic and visitor behavior (Google Analytics)

  • Facilitate the payment process (Stripe)

  • Credentials: Not retained. Temporary credentials and API keys are used only during the installation process and are not stored after setup is complete.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, including:

  • SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted to and from our website
  • No storage of payment card information (handled entirely by Stripe)
  • No long-term storage of third-party credentials provided during onboarding
  • Certified installers with, at minimum, CompTIA Security+ certification

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
