Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and AgentInstalls.com ("we," "us," or "our"), a sole proprietorship operating in the State of Georgia, United States.

By accessing our website, submitting a registration form, or purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By purchasing our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you accept full legal responsibility for the operation and use of any OpenClaw instance installed on your behalf.

3. Description of Services

AgentInstalls.com provides a cloud-based business process as a service (BPaaS) consisting of the consultation, installation, and configuration of an OpenClaw instance — an autonomous AI assistant designed to automate complex, multi-step computing tasks. Our standard service package includes:

  • A 30-minute onboarding and discovery call
  • Full OpenClaw installation on MyClaw.ai managed hosting
  • Security hardening and configuration
  • Personality and behavior configuration (SOUL.md)
  • Communication channel setup (e.g., Telegram, Slack, Discord, email)
  • Initial skill configuration (calendar, email triage, task management)
  • Memory system setup
  • A 90-minute hands-on training session (screen-shared)
  • A Quick Start reference card (PDF)
  • 30 days of asynchronous support
  • One 30-minute follow-up call at day 14
  • One configuration adjustment during the 30-day support period

3.1 What Is Not Included

The following are not included in the standard service package and are the Customer's responsibility:

  • MyClaw.ai hosting fees (currently $20–$40/month depending on plan, paid directly to MyClaw.ai)
  • LLM provider credits and API usage fees (varies by provider and usage)
  • Custom skill development beyond the initial setup
  • Additional training sessions beyond those specified above

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Service Fee

The standard service package is available for a one-time fee of $997 USD. This fee covers all services described in Section 3.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number or full payment details. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

4.3 Additional Services

From time to time, we may offer additional services such as maintenance subscriptions or educational sessions. These will be offered at separately stated prices and governed by these Terms unless otherwise specified.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

AgentInstalls.com is a professional installation service. The substantial majority of our work — consultation, configuration, installation, training, and handoff — is performed upfront upon purchase. Because this work cannot be "returned" or undone, we do not offer refunds.

5.1 30-Day Configuration Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the performance of your OpenClaw instance within 30 days of installation, we will work with you to adjust the configuration until it meets your needs. This guarantee covers configuration adjustments only and does not constitute a money-back guarantee.

5.2 Chargebacks

By purchasing our services, you agree that filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card issuer or financial institution after services have been rendered constitutes a breach of these Terms. In the event of a chargeback, you agree to pay a chargeback recovery fee of $997 USD in addition to any amounts owed, to cover administrative costs, lost revenue, and payment processor penalties incurred as a result of the dispute.

If you have a concern about your service, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly at support@agentinstalls.com before initiating a dispute with your financial institution. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information: All information submitted through our registration form must be truthful and accurate.
  • Provide necessary credentials: You are responsible for creating accounts with MyClaw.ai, your chosen LLM provider, and any communication channels, and for providing temporary credentials or API keys needed for installation.
  • Change credentials after setup: You must change any temporary credentials (particularly MyClaw.ai hosting credentials) immediately upon completion of the installation. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to update credentials.
  • Maintain your own accounts: After installation, you are solely responsible for maintaining your MyClaw.ai hosting subscription, LLM provider credits, and communication channel integrations.
  • Be available for scheduled calls: You must attend your onboarding call and training session at the scheduled times. Missed appointments may be rescheduled once at no additional cost; further rescheduling may incur fees.
  • Use services lawfully: You agree to use your OpenClaw instance in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for any actions taken by or through your AI assistant.

7. Credential Handling and Security

During the onboarding process, you may provide us with temporary credentials and API keys solely for the purpose of configuring your OpenClaw instance. We commit to the following:

  • Credentials are used exclusively for the installation and configuration of your OpenClaw instance.
  • Credentials are not stored in our systems after the installation is complete.
  • API keys are configured directly into your OpenClaw instance and are not retained separately by us.
  • All installers hold, at minimum, a CompTIA Security+ certification.

You are solely responsible for changing temporary credentials after installation and for the ongoing security of your accounts and API keys.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the AgentInstalls.com website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of AgentInstalls.com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

OpenClaw is an open-source project and is governed by its own license. Our service is the professional installation and configuration of OpenClaw, not the sale of the software itself. Configuration files (such as SOUL.md) created specifically for your installation become your property upon delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • AgentInstalls.com provides its services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • We do not warrant that your OpenClaw instance will operate without interruption or error, or that it will meet all of your specific requirements beyond the scope of the configuration performed.
  • You are solely responsible for the actions, outputs, and consequences of your OpenClaw AI assistant. We install and configure the system; we do not control its ongoing operation.
  • In no event shall AgentInstalls.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or the operation of your OpenClaw instance.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service ($997 USD).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AgentInstalls.com, its owner, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your use or misuse of your OpenClaw instance
  • Any actions taken by your AI assistant
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Your failure to secure credentials after installation

11. Disclaimer Regarding AI Behavior

OpenClaw is an autonomous AI assistant powered by third-party large language models. While we configure your instance with appropriate safeguards, personality settings, and behavioral guidelines:

  • AI systems can produce unexpected outputs. No AI assistant is perfect, and responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
  • You are responsible for oversight. Your OpenClaw instance is a tool under your control. You are responsible for monitoring its behavior and for any actions it takes on your behalf.
  • We are not liable for AI-generated content or actions. AgentInstalls.com configures the system; the ongoing operation, outputs, and consequences are your responsibility.
  • LLM provider terms apply. Your use of the underlying AI model is subject to the terms and policies of your chosen LLM provider (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google).

12. Service Availability

Our services are currently available to customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. We reserve the right to expand or restrict service availability at any time.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@agentinstalls.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration in the State of Georgia, or in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Georgia.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, or any other representative proceeding.

14. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Changes will not apply retroactively to services already purchased and delivered. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AgentInstalls.com regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
